Okay Guys!! Enough on how we all get to the same 1/4 wave length by using 
different formulas! hi hi :-)  
Does anybody know how to build one of these eggbeater antennas??
I think the wires are 1/4 wave and there must be a 1/4 wave section of coax 
hooked up some where.  
Can anybody tell me the velocity factor of #8 aluminum wire?? 
I built on of the antennas today and it works good at 138mhz, but in the ham 
band it's 3:1 or higher. 
Must have it wrong some how!
