I presume you want to *view* this file?
Since this is a C++ echo, I might suggest that you obtain a JPEG
library and compile a JPEG decoder/viewer. But, I think you don't
want to go through such trouble - I wouldn't. [grin]
There are pleanty of viewers on the shareware market, and some
photo editors as well. Do you have Internet access?
