Whoever wrote the tagline was paraphrasing Scotty's phrase from the
TNG episode "Relics" where he's drunk on Aldeberan scotch, and he goes
to a holodeck to recreate the Enterprise, and the ship's computer asks
him which of the ships he wants to recreate.  There have been (at that
time) five different Starfleet ships with the name, but Scotty wants
the one he first served on.
