Another possibility is is the account profile in the Mail control panel.
Sometimes the default profile becomes corrupt and you pop it and get
it reset again by going through the whole enchilada.
Sometimes I do that on certain superior's laptops. :)
Can't hurt, could help. You have to repoint it to the appropriate PSTs, but
it's well worth it. Also, don't forget to go back into "contacts"
and right click on the icon (all the contact files listen in the left-hand
paine), go to the Outlook Address Book tab and check the "Show this
folder as an e-mail Address Book". Iffn ya don't, the contacts will be
in LaLa land and the user will get apoplectic.
