   What CD? "Bluetooth by hp" is a bit suspecious. You should have a =
category named "Bluetooth Radios" with your laptop radio as one
child = and a Windows device as another. What I would question is whether
you = installed only the device driver or did you install hp bluetooth =
software as well? Some vendors, including my laptop vendor, have their =
own software that replaces the Windows software. I had to remove it so =
use the Windows software that I wanted.

  Yup. Device manager shows Bluetooth by hp up & running. I have a =
button=20
  oon the laptop which turns bluetooth on & off & the first time I =
turned=20
  it on, it fired up the new h/w found, I shoved in the cd etc. & it's=20
  there & functioning (according to Device Manager).

  I have it in dm. If I try running the bthprops.cpl directly, simply=20
  nothing happens.
