Yup. Device manager shows Bluetooth by hp up & running. I have a button
oon the laptop which turns bluetooth on & off & the first time I
turned it on, it fired up the new h/w found, I shoved in the cd etc. &
it's there & functioning (according to Device Manager).

I have it in dm. If I try running the bthprops.cpl directly, simply nothing happens.
