Rubbish.

For speed I can show you a load of independant studies where
inline/dynaminc compiling etc means that the load time might be longer but
the execution time might actually be shorter.

For predictability...nope. You can control the gc as you wish & there
are a number of other ways you can make very predictable java systems.
