I would like any suggestions on geting ready for the Tech+ and Gen 
tests. How in the world does a person recieve cw at 13wpm and ubove? 
Also, I will soon need a cheep radio to get started. I have already 
taken the writen part of the Novice test and I will be taking the code 
or Tech test soon. I would like to buy a 2M radio when I pass the test. 
I would apreacieat any advice from you if you are a ham radio person.
