Go to the properties for the BBS window (right click on the item in the
taskbar, select "Properties".).
Go to the "Misc" tab.
Be SURE that "Background:  Always Suspend" is *NOT* checked.
You might also want to set your "Idle Sensitivity" while you're there.
I suggest moving the slider all the way to "Low", then move it about 4
"clicks" towards "High".  (If you slowly pull the slider, you'll see it has
"clicks" in it)
