Ok thanks, I just cant find the old anouncement on there web page. I sorta
thought they were backing out of it. Guess when I get a new internet account
I will have to go back and look for it. But I dont know if the 56k thing
will take off. I hear some of the new cable modems hooked to your Lan card
looks to be the really HOT thing to come. something about 10Mips sounds
better then 56k. bi-directional. Guess I I can wait and see. As for ISDN
upgrade for the modem I have to say no to that they just want to much money
for a line, that and haveing to get the modem upgraded for it. Ps. How can I
get the darn modem to stop RINGING so loud when you just turn it on if say a
call is coming in? (not after you turn the sound off with key commands, Maybe
they need a volume control on it Nothing like getting blown off the chair at
night when you switch it over from the bbs to the other computer).
