Do you have a device driver for your bluetooth adapter installed? =
Without it you won't see any bluetooth UI. I would suggest looking in =
the device manager to see if you have a bluetooth device listed or an =
unknown device because there is no driver.

Hummm I have found my bthprops.cpl in my ssystem32 but "open with=20
control panel" (or indeed via run does absolutely nothing....I have=20
execute perms......so...
Any ideas?
