I don't think she was mad at me though for laughing. It was so... spontaneous. SO .. unexpected you know? And she's not innocent of laughing at others their unexpected mishaps either. WHo is? :) KK> You mean eeee! hehe... > those things you know where someone who portrays herself as > and is, a perfectionist proves to be human after all. KK> I always try my best not to screw up too, and my employees just love KK> it, when I do, and they also, rub salt into my wounds. :( We all do, try not toooo. It's primal ya know? LIke how a sick animal will hide because showing weakness makes us easier prey for salt wielding predators as well as those perfectly good but admittedly imperfect people: by laughing say: 'hey, see!? you're not so perfect after all ' . And the perfectionist may well if truly tops in the self esteem department : laugh at him/herself too. (Self effacing humor.) The low esteem faker of perfectionism however will seek revenge. ................ > I think my dad was upset but prolly laughed too. Mom > crashing the garage door? That's just too hard to believe. KK> Be nice, now. :) Yes. :) MOm took it alright I think. Or hid her feelings well, perhaps like me strove all the harder to be sure not to let it happen again. :) Only one thing. "They" (the city) finally took down the tree at a certain fork at the bottom of a curvy road which proved a hazard to all, in the wintertime (this in my hometown in western NYS.) Cindy ...
