True, but I thought that was the intended function of "BC:". ;)

"CC:" does something similar and VC: (verbose copy) does a bit
more. I wouldn't mind seeing "BC:" do what you've outlined but
if it's changed from the present method, I'd prefer that there be a an
option switch in the .cfg to control it.
