which makes sence. The hardware guys have been slow to impliment the server
side of the 56k protocols. ISP's don't have any say in this, they support
the protocol that their hardware manufacturer is planning on supporting, and
when they support it.
Sure, some of the hardware companies have 56k available now, but since it's
brand new, some ISP's are waiting till it's been flushed a bit.
