I think you misunderstood what I was writing about. I don't want to use
flags in the EchoMail areas. (There _is_ a switch to do that but I don't
use it.) I wanted to turn the kludge OFF in the netmail area. It is
ALWAYS present, whether there are any extended flags present or not. Even
a standard, non crash netmail carries the " ^aFLAGS: PVT "
kludge. The previous version _did not_ do this to the best of my
knowledge.
