 Well, like I said, as far as I know, Binkshim's ONLY purpose
 is to work between Binkley and Wildcat, solely due to the "weird"
 way that Wildcat interfaces with mailers.  Otherwise, Wildcat
 sysops have to use something like Platinum Express, which is made
 specfically for Wildcat.
 So I suspect... unless you run Wildcat, it won't do anything for you.
 I may be wrong on that, of course and I hope you do get it working.  :)
