   I understand you are not a programmer.  I don't fault you for that.  =
You are latching on to buzz words and I do fault you for that.  Things =
are simple.  You want an answer to the question "What is .NET designed
= for then?" expect an good answer will be something like "to be
useful" = as you would expect for most tools not one full of buzz
words.
