Thank you for the response,

I found out what was happening .. there was a bad file that PX produced .. I
would guess it was a sharing violation issue. after removing the PXOB*.dat
files rex fired right up.

now if I could get it to scan netmail and send it right away VIA batch command
line while Irex is in Daemon mode would be awesome.

Other than that 1 issue .. its working like a dream .. :)
