I'm not a member of copwatch or any other organization whose agenda is
to monitor the activities of the police, so I might not be as aware of
all their activities as someone who is, but I am an active member of
society at large and my local political arena. From my perspective,
there ISN'T a police brutality problem in this country.
On the rare occasion where true unwarranted brutality occurs, it has
been dealt with expediently.
You may say that one case of police brutality constitutes a problem.
Certainly, you are correct in an isolated sense, but to indicate that
police brutality is rampant and a general problem throughout the country
is an absolute fabrication.
