I guess you're not aware of the inroads Taize worship is making into church
communities.  One of the probable stylistic outcomes will be offering two
types of worship: contemporary/rock/ska music, or Taize.  Research
indicates, however, that the break is right in the middle of the target age
group.  Going both younger and older than 25-30, one attracts with stuff
like
Christian ska (groups like O.C. Supertones; Insyderz); over 35 you can use
the hootinanny stuff, while in that late 20s age bracket Taize seems to
work well.
