You can order fixpacks on CD from OS/2 Supersite
(http://os2ss.com) and (I think) BMT Micro or Indelible Blue.
But 1GB HD capacity shouldn't restrict you from using the
internet with OS/2. When I started using OS/2 on the internet I
only had a 250MB drive!
