It shouldn't be all that hard, as most names will stand out. The FReq
method is also a possibility, perhaps as a file echo that is distributed
directly to interested nodes. What can be done is a to have certain direct
connections in place, then when a new file is created, announce it here and
nodes call in to pick up files on hold for them. Or even an AVTECH echo for
UUENCODEs passed directly.
