Click Modes > Block Mode.

Now you can use the drag the mouse to select a block, and then right
click the block to select the following commands:

Move
Copy
Erase
Replace Forground
Replace Background
Center
Apply forground to..
Apply background to..

If you are creating a screen for EleBBS, then you should not save it as
a .JPG file since EleBBS will not display image files..
