Back when I moderated an echo, I was one of the active posters and tried to
foster discussion in the echo. How many echoes now have no other activity
*except* for the monthly rules posting?

I'd like to see a realistic Fidonet with the dead echoes culled. It'd probably
be about the size of a healthy othernet, however - and new callers would be
much more likely to find content and echoes.

(Yes, there are new callers...)
