the problem is that their BW has not had the y2k fix applied to it and so
the TO: field name has a leading number in it... there are two fixes
available... both are on my system...

the first goes in the zip command to run a bat which then fixes up the
reply packet before calling zip to create the archive...

the second is a binary patch to the C routines in BW... there's a patch for
both, the reader and for the door(s)...
