What, you think I did the barkto search site on linux? Once I got the =
million little text files copied over to the web server it took me all = of
5 minutes to do the search feature using W2K and Indexing service = (well
ok so it took several hours to index the content). Course I = trashed the
file system on my laptop because of a bug (that MS refuses = to fix) in
NTFS where the MFT gets REALLY FRELLING HUGE if you store a = lot of little
files even if only for a short time and it never shrinks = but I digress..
