OK here goes from memory...

ELEBBS.EXE fixes

KEYWORD searches will now find files with mixed casing... (Scott Little)
FILENAME searches increased the long of input for filename searching and 
also will find MIXED case filenames (Scott Little)
Using SEXYTZ V1.74 protocol will now reports ALL files as being sent 
correctly (probably the best protocol for a telnet BBS (Scott Little)

ELESERV.EXE

Macro CTRL-F } added which will display the users IP address EleSERV 
telnet sessions only (zomorf)
FTP connection use to take a TELNET node number away from EleSERV (Scott 
Little)
FTP downloads now work with long filenames with spaces (Scott Little)
RESUME downloads added (Scott Little)

These are the fixes I and others asked for help and Scott, Rob and Mike 
E have helped... Other fixes by Maarten would have been performed I 
imagine but I'm not sure what these would have fixed etc...

So if your BBS is about files then these EXE's work great...
