Hi Billy.
I use Terminate regularly, and while I can sympathise if you feel that the
problem is that the software is somewhat intimidating, more specific
information regarding your problem would be helpful.
As a general suggestion, there is a terminate echo - we receive two here -
one of which is the international one, and an Australasian  equivalent.
Terminate works well with speech, but because of the many features contained
with, it does take some tweaking.  There are several bugs as well, even with
v4, which if you join the echos you might find out about, but for me at
least, are not a problem. I think it advisable to add that because Terminate
is an attempt to answer all likely telecommunications problems, it isn't
perfect, but it seems to get better with each release.
