BD=>
BD=> There has to be some unique way of identifying the 6 docs to close. A
BD=> macro can be written to close all open documents without saving
BD=> (dangerous), or close docs 1-6 based on unique file names.
BD=>
BD=> Do the docs have unique filenames that will be the same each time?
It certainly looks like she's pulling up the same six blank forms, each time,
and filling in the required info. In this case, she only wants to print the
completed form, without saving the new contents.
I'll bet there's a lot of redundant info on the six forms, a real macro
challenge would be to only type it once, and have it appear in all the
appropriate spots. Sounds like a redesign of the forms might help, unless
they're cast in stone for some reason.
Cheers..........
