Bill,

Well, seems to me that Bush was first handed the Presidency by the media,
and is in the midst of his first tear-down phase.  The timing is good for a
buildup toward fall.  As a general rule, the winner will be a guy the media
was bashing in February.  It happened to Carter, Reagan, Bush, and Clinton.
