I don't even know the answer to this anymore.

I think there might have been some in-work progress with the Direct flag going
on because Mystic didn't allow Netmail to be set Direct on an individual
message basis (meaning you had to set all netmail as direct or none).  I
suspect its something that was a work in progress and then was sort of forgot
about.

I would have to set up some tests to see where things are with it.
