subject: Change time in mystic

Is there a way to set the time zone in mystic? I sent a netmail to rob from
mystic to sbbs and the time was all off on the message because the zone was
set as utc. The clock on the computer with the bbs is cst (cdt).

I couldn’t find how to change the zone or any time related functions so I
was wondering how to resolve this.

The mail came in And was buried in his mailbox because the time was like 5
hours off.
