Basicly it's a huge flaw and i got no idea how to fix it i don't want
any users putting in file descriptions for files that already have a
DIZ but ele asks for a description before any processing of any kind
is done can that be turned off ?  and if there is no DIZ in the file
it either gets killed or the user can enter something

it's just so annoying for a uploader that has a batch of 25 files and
it asks for a description of each hopefully someone can sort this out.
