The problem is that the micro-biology in your tank did not have a chance to 
level out.  Your levels are spiking, and your fish can't handle the changes.  
Try removing all of the fish.  Then run the tank ofr 1 week with NO fish in 
it.  After that week, add a few hardy fish.  Wait another week.  Then add the 
rest of your fish.  I know it's no fun to wait that long, looking at water, 
but your fish will appreciate it! :-)
