Around 80 miles away.  Not even close enough for the ricochets.
But Teddy was a bit closer mentally, in the belief that her dad may have
been there.   Luckily it was not the case.

When you come back Aus, you had better visit the south island. It may be
smaller than the north island but it is by far the better of the two.
