Hi Elvis,
You have a Ringneck if I am not mistaken. You can try Wild Game bird 
rumbles.
He would also, I guess, like parakeet seed. Unfortunately the Game Bird
only comes in 25# bags but it does have all the nutrients. You might put in
a little grit for him once a month.
Horse and Mule feed....maybe, maybe not. It is awfully sticky stuff.
It will be worse than the corn on your floor.
