Ok, I think I'm beginning to understand this PGP idea...not a bad idea,
but I'm wondering if it is just an idea for FIODNet whose time is close, but
not quite here yet...I'm for the PGP, -but- in a form closer to the way that
the SEEN-BY lines work...they can be turned off so every user doesn't have to
read through them, the SEEN-BY line is there when needed but not cluttering
up the messages...
