Sure.  I've done a couple... :)  Lights are usually very annoying to the
family, and guests.  I've used two semi-successfully without a high quality 
switching system, or decent VCRs.  Here's what I did (on a low budget).  Two 
video cameras.  One behind a candle stand and the altar for a face fiew of 
the couple during the vows.  The other out around FOH type positions.  Make 
certain that you're not facing that camera directly, or you will most likely 
disorient the viewer, and show the equipment you're trying to hide. :)  All 
video went through video snakes to the mix room (communion prep room),
