All I know is the number 10-10-580, which has to be dialled before the 
regular number. Of course, I have it programmed into a memory in my 
phone, so just one keypress sends it out. The charges appear on my 
regular phone bill. 
  
There are several similar services around here, some of which 
specialize in cheap calls to particular parts of the world. I have 
relatives in the U.K., so I chose one that's cheap to there.
