There is ample precedent for a state not recognizing some forms of
licensure. Doctors, hair dressers, attorneys, all have to perform the
required rituals, pass tests, pay the guild fees and submit to a tax in
each and every state they wish to practice in.
Unfortunately, members of all those guilds have a vested interest in
the status quo. Methinks this'n is an uphill fight.
None of which. btw, should be construed as a belief that I think any of
those licensing restrictions are a proper function of any government.
