Suppose...........just suppose the POLICE OFFICER was in pursuit
of a child molestor who just grabbed a child; and............just
suppose that IF you had complied with the law and his order he could
have apprehended that child molestor and prevented him from killing
the child.....which he did.  And suppose, the District Attorney in
your jurisdiction felt that your action amounted to a felony crime
incidental to the death of the child.  Would you take it so lightly?
