Seems that Bill and spouse are apt to drop a billion or two into 
anti-AIDS work and the like - none of which I personally want to 
benefit from...

Mmmm ... there's a bridge built by the Army on Crown land that 
served a farmer by connecting his two-part farm.  A visiting bee- 
keeper drove out to at 3 times the posted speed - and it 
disintegrated.

Occupational Safety & Health then spent 5 years persecuting the 
farmer for failing to maintain a safe bridge ... in the face of an 
Army enquiry report that says construction with untreated timber 
was faulty.

A festering legal sore in still running the pauper farmer family 
through the courts with appeal upon inquest over enquiry...

It would be quite nice to lose a few bridge with a nice, quiet 
fire,  methinks !
