Replying to a message from Bjoern Forsstroem 2:203/614.61 to Steven Horn, About Vehicles, On Thu Feb 12 2004 SH> other but the idea sounds intriguing. But my big objection to propane was SH> loss of trunk space. As is mine, but the price of propane is still cheaper than gasoline. BF> Didn't know you did drive on propane. Yup it is a system that takes liquid propane converts it to a gas mixes it with air and from there the same as a gasoline engine. I don't know if the top two or three propane system manufacturers are on line.. Check for Impco, Vialle, and OHG. Impco is a straight propane with one mixture adjusting screw. Vialle is dual fuel system. OHG is a straight propane system with 3 mixture adjusting screws, (this system broke a speed record for alternative fueled vehicles.) Hope this helps. Keep us posted. We are a fine board trying to make it better. http://www.pris.bc.ca/ghannah ghannah{at}pris.bc.ca Cheers!
