subject: Crash?

I believe there's been a little fidonet crash somewhere.
Appears like I got some really old messages sent to me.
Hope it's just me...
Well, anyway.. I was wondering if the're is any way
to pick out seconds and 1/100 seconds from a W95
64bit LFN date?
I know it's possible to use an interrupt call, but
I was wondering if there's possible to just get the
1/100 or something just with some ANDs or something.
