There's no economic justification for a methane generating plant yet and
it's not a law I have been asked to write.

My timer is electric and the last thing I want to do is adjust it before I
start the car.  Instead, I want the car to be ready when I leave the house
to go to work.  However, I may switch to using the breaker for the plug in
which the cord goes.

It's possible to drive long distances -- I put 12330 km on my car between
August 11 and September 2 last year -- but the closest large city,
Anchorage, is 1100+ km from here and that's not a weekend drive.
