and since this is the high stress area of life....
1) toliet seats that either 
    - glow in the dark (to show up or down)
      - activated when you walk into the room
    - talk to you " i am up - are you male?"
      - again, activated when you walk into the room
    - problems: anything that may short out will cause a law suit.
2) batteries for pc's
   as most people have computers at least two years old (assuming they
   havent upgraded) the clock/cmos battery should be ready to go by now.
   - replacement service should be cheap - ie: battery is $5-$10,
     service maybe $20. housecalls of course. reason: most people are
     afraid to open their pc.
