I'm a literal kind of guy. Once one starts down the slope of figurative
interpretation its kinda like Rorschach blot tests. Take away the literal
interpretation and everyone will see something different in it and the
range of variation will be (already is) so enormous that you might as well
choose any random obscure novel for your sacred text.
