MaryAnn,  just saw your message about not hearing from me.  I've been
sending messages out but it looks like they are lost.  Here's a message

MaryAnn,  This whole project has turned into one big fiasco.  If you
have your cancelled check and no CD, I would take it down to your local
DA's office and possibly you can have him charged with theft or fraud or
something.  I have been trying to contact him since the end of May when
I saw some messages referring to the fact that he had dropped everything
concerning Geos.  He has ignored my calls on his voice mail pager and
his fax receive is turned off.  I have written him a certified letter
giving him notice that our agreement is terminated.
The fur ought to be flying about now on comp.os.geos.  I haven't been
able to receive it for a while since my subscription to the board that
carries it, ran out.  But I had someone post an open letter to all about
how I and those that ordered it had been done dirty.  Within 10 minutes,
he had posted a reply telling me and the person who posted it that we
better have a good lawyer.
