Analog cannot be discontinued until digital service fully covers the areas
where only analog service is currently suppported.  Case in point, the area
I am in is considered the "black-hole" in Ontario.   Only ONE
service (BellMobility) recently introduced digital a few months ago.  I am
sure that there a still many customers with Rogers/ATT and Telus that can
only use analog mode.
