As I scan newspapers I zero in on things like pending cases before the
vestal virgins of the potomac.  I noticed that one a few days before it
was mentioned here.  Texas law is very similar to Iowa law in these cases
(full custody traffic arrests and search incidental thereto) so I had
some interest in it.
BTW, I disagree with the good captain.  I think the search will be
upheld (of course, it won't be the first time I was wrong).
